ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 
 

Kangoo Jumps are warranted by KangooJumps Head Office, RDM sarl, Switzerland
to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. If found defective, replacement
or repair will be authorized subject to the following limitations.

1. Warranty will be in effect for 365 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of purchase receipt. The warranty on "Shells" and "T-springs" components is however limited to 3 months.
2. KJ's are warranted for defects in materials or workmanship only and this does not include normal wear & tear.

If you did not purchase your Kangoo Jumps through this website, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Kangoo Jump, for repair or exchange.

This warranty does not cover postage charges.

This is the seller's sole liability from this sale and this warranty is limited to repair or, at seller's sole discretion, replacement of defective product or component(s). If the boot portion is defective, the entire product will be replaced. If a component is defective, only that component will be replaced.
Replacement products under this warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
NO WARRANTY OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN IS MADE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
HomeFitness Professionals and RDM sarl SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO KANGOO JUMPS PRODUCTS. 

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 
 

Should you not be satisfied with your Kangoo Jumps products, you may return them for a refund within a maximum of 7 days after shipping arrival date, under the following conditions:
(Please Note: We do not refund DVD's or Music CD's)

1. You need to advise the return by e-mail at info@homefitpro.com, and seek return instructions, within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods.

2. Returned goods must be sent in their original packing, in good condition. There should be no visible damage and the Kangoo Jumps must have only been used indoors, not outdoors.

3. The refund will be executed within 10 days of receipt of the returned items. Shipping & Handling charges are not refunded. Return and Warranty shipping is the responsibility of the buyer 

4. Demonstration charges are non refundable.

5. Credit card processing fees may apply.

 

Home Fit Professionals International Policy

 

All International orders may be subject to customs fees once they arrive in your country. Homefitness Professionals are not responsible for customs fees in any country. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out any taxes or fees prior to picking up their individual packages or delivery to their home.
